Meeting Rooms

Regency Ballroom

The 355-square-metre Regency Ballroom features a seven-metre-high beamed ceiling and abundant natural light from windows that look on to the gardens.

The two-level venue opens out onto its own terrace, shaded by a huge canopy, making the venue a highly suitable mix of the indoors and outdoors.  The Regency Ballroom seats 250 guests for dinner and holds 500 cocktail guests comfortably.

Grand Ballroom and Foyer

Decorated in rich cherry wood with sapphire, gold and sand tones, the Grand Ballroom is lit by dazzling chandeliers.  The ballroom measures 650 square metres and has a capacity of 1,000 guests theatre style.

Divisible into three soundproof sections, the venue is fitted with four translation booths, recessed screens, sky-hooks and a built-in stage.  All audio-visuals are controlled via a touch-active digital matrix located in a glass-enclosed booth overlooking the ballroom.  A 190-square-metre foyer links the ballroom with a large terrace.  With views of the gardens and pool, the area is perfect for coffee breaks, cocktails and exhibitions.

From the simply chic to the opulent, a limitless choice of themes can make gala dinners or incentive events a fantastic and fanciful experience.  Popular choices include a richly adorned Mount Olympus, a Feast of the Gods, a Greek folklore evening replete with song and dance, or a lavish South Pacific poolside party.  Menus and settings may be custom-designed to suit the requirements of meeting and incentive planners.

Ephesus, Epidavros and Boardrooms

The Ephesus and Epidavros meeting rooms form six breakout rooms for 15 to 50 people each and offer a choice of venues for business seminars, private meetings or intimate dinners.

The meeting rooms feature a calm, contemporary design and are full of natural light.  With a capacity of 200 and 100 guests theatre style, the meeting rooms are situated in two blocks, Ephesus and Epidavros, each divisible into three sections.

The main boardroom seats up to 15 people for meetings, while two additional boardrooms, called Business Centre I and II, are located near the hotel's Reception area.  A third and totally private meeting room is located in the Bar Aficionado area.  All rooms may be fitted with a diverse selection of the latest audio-visual technology.
